September 1992 to Present	A  SCHOOL DISTRICT, A City, Wa      Assistant Operations Manager (Nov. 96 to Present). Responsibility includes supervision of 210 + employees and approx. 50 substitute employees, public relations, hiring/ disciplinary processes, vendor bids, equipment purchase/repair, supply inventory and purchase, and all operational functions of 40 schools and Administration. Interaction between Union officials and Management. Certified Emergency Volunteer Structural Engineer.
Aug 1983 to April 1992	HUGHES AIRCRAFT COMPANY, Ground Systems Grp, Fullerton, Ca       Certified Category "C" Instructor / Examiner to Mil-S-45743E, WS6536E, DOD-Std-2000, Mil-Std-2000 and Mil-Std-1460. Certified subject matter expert in areas of multi-layer, ground plane and resistance soldering techniques. Duties included Instructional design, certification of personnel in PWB, PWA, Harness and Unit assembly and rework skills.      ESD Instructor Certified through Corporate office in El Segundo, CA.  Experience includes Xerox 8010, Macintosh and IBM computer systems including Microsoft Word, Canvas, Pagemaker, Excel, and 4th Dimension software programs for the purpose of designing course materials, data storage and report generation. Other duties included control, ordering, calibration, maintenance, and minor repair of tools and equipment used in training.      Developed and submitted a patent application for the Wilsert Insert tool, designed to insert pins into connector housings without  breaking the connectors, which resulted in a substantial cost savings. My patent and design was purchased by Hughes Aircraft Company.
Nov 1980 to Aug 1993	HUGHES AIRCRAFT COMPANY, Ground Systems Grp, Fullerton, Ca       Started as Electronic Assembler on SQS, MK-48, MK-47, PLRS, UYQ-21, 413, ADCAP, TRIDENT and SUBACS Projects. Duties included the operation of Markem machines, hand assembly, wave soldering, test rework, hand soldering, connector keying, semi-rigid assembly, wire assembly, reflow soldering, surface mount/ soldering, and shipping and   receiving. Experienced in PDMS configuration verification system. Secret/Classified government clearance.
1977 to 1980	HLx DATA SYSTEMS, Anaheim, CA (Computer Manufacturing)    Electronic Lead Assembler of computer systems and processors from beginning chassis to final product including test/burn-in and shipping. Duties also included field service repair and delivery/training to customer. (Owner of company below)
1976 to 1977	WESTERN ENGINEERING, Anaheim, CA (Computer Manufacturing)    Lead person for assembly of PWA/PWB, harness and units. Duties included manual and wave soldering, first article assembly and test rework. Assisted in the design and built first article of computer system used to test cables/harness purchased by Hughes Aircraft.
1973 to 1976	PLANT CONTROL CORP., Santa Ana, CA (Landscaping)     Landscaping foreman responsible for reconstruction/design of canyon areas for private and government agencies. Duties included supervision of crews, driving large heavy equipment/trucks and various tools. Hydro seeding and plant/landscape design.
